Something for everyone here! A lovely shady park just off the main streets of history Freo. Perfect place for children to run off their sillies, with a good selection of park equipment. Family picnics go well here too. Brilliant coffee from a converted tram is great too. My best hint...buy your gelato in Freo and wander through streets of historic... More

The park is close to Fremantle main attraction: the market, shops, art store and plenty of food place, including the famous fish n chips Cicerello. On weekdays it is very nice and quiet, you could sit under the tree, enjoying the scenery and the cool sea breeze. The public toilet is also clean.

There are trees to sit under, toilets if you need, skaters to watch, a place to sit and watch people, eat your fish and chips! It has it all.

This is a nice suburban park, but you need to be careful when you go. During the weekends it can be busy and is family friendly. Weekdays in the evenings it is must quieter and relaxing if you just want a stroll. If the inner kid is coming out then attempt the rope climbing frame situated in the park.

A great relaxing area with a very beautiful beach. A lot of choices for food, coffee, or ice-cream. A great place especially on summers.

We went to Fremantle as a way to fill in our morning before the airport but this is a place we want to go back to. Walking around the Esplanade is amazing with so many things to explore, including the sandy areas and shops plus the views. Lots of shops and a must-do is walk along 'Cappuccino street'. Of course,... More
