We missed most of the demonstration inside due to taking so many pictures of the windmills and other things outside. Never get tired of taking photos of windmills!!

This attraction was one of several that we saw on a beautiful summer day including the meteor crater and the Panka cliffs. The windmills had informative displays in a couple of them and the visit made for a nice hour and half visit. The museum was not the greatest unless you like lathes which you can see quite a few... The Angla windmills are open for visiting, inside the authentically restored equipment with grinding stones etc. Some humour is added by textile dolls - lifesize and funny. Outside old farming equipment, birds, animals. Museum building, restaurant.

It's rare to see windmills nowadays, that's why you have to visit Angla windmills. They are just like they were in the past. One of them even has four floors, so don't hesitate and reach the peak. But overall, it's a bit overpriced.

Well worth a visit to see a number of windmills together. You can walk inside one of them to the very top. Makes you realize how hard they had it in former times. Interesting stories are told on displays throughout the complex. The main building has a museum, gift shop and cafe.

It is quite interesting to see the difference between the Estonian and Dutch windmills. They have a few Estonian and one Dutch windmills on the grounds. You are able to climb in and on them. Interesting for a short visit.

Old Saaremaa windmills. Piece of Saaremaa old history. Nice restaurant in the same place. Good for and interesting for children and they parents. Maybe not the point to pay 3,50 EUR by person, because you can see most of this attractions from the road...

Farms along this area used to have their own windmills for grinding grain, and these were preserved and placed together, along with other farm machinery. The restaurant had authentic Estonian food (but don't try the rye bread beer or juniper beer- gak!)

What is the point of paying 3.50 euros per person for something you can see extremely well for free from the road?!
