Unlike most skyline views you don't have to climb many stairs as there's a lift. Best place to get a picture of St John's.

Is always different the view from top. And Riga is one of the city’s that is worth it to enjoy the panoramic view from the St. Peter’s Church. You go up with elevator.

Insane price (9€ per person) for view from this tower, especially when landscape isn’t very interest.

The tower is not busy so we could get on the top straight away after buying the ticket. There is a elevator with a staff inside :)

Good to see where things are in Riga but the €9 was a bit steep! Literally a ride up in a lift and a turn around, up and down in 5 mins.

The whole church is awesome, but the visit to the top of the tower is a must, and it has a lift, so access is no problem. The view is impressive and the city vista picturesque.

Points off for this: the elevator did not cover the whole tower (bad knees and ankles make me want to avoid stairs when possible). The view from the top was stunning.

St. Peter's itself is an interesting church to visit, the elevator trip up the tower is the icing on the cake. Well worth the wait for the operator to make his/her way up/down to you.
