Always wanted to visit this iconic venue. Visited Riga so it was great oportunity to visit this venue (0nly 30min from central Riga train station + 15min walk). Great on warm summer evening, close to sea and open (no walls) just a roof over your head. Downside is that if you not lucky enough to sit in a first 10... More

We happened to go by on the way to beach and noticed an announcement about business lunch. The lunch had two courses for 4,5€ and three for 6€. Went there to attend the 2015 inaugural edition of Wizard Trophy. The venue is somewhat underwhelming but a series of fun and entertaining events are always happening there during summer. It's a nice 2000 capacity outdoor theatre. Food and beverage are very expensive and overpriced.

This place is great, we went for kvn. Despite wooden chairs and bit of wind (there's no walls), we've been satisfied.

looks quite old fashioned, the seats are aging, sound quality is still good, but this is not the venue where I'd like to play

If you like music and visit Jurmala resort nearby Riga, use your chance to visit one of performances in Dzintari Concert Hall. This is an open stage about 200 m from the Baltic sea coast, so that during the concert you can hear it. In the past this hall was widely used for concerts of classical music presented by symphony...
