We were there earlier this month and there was no construction as previously mentioned. I'm still waiting for my wish to come true, but it's a fun experience.

Estonia is going through a period of considerable socio-economic growth & with that comes gentrification and construction. There was construction all around this bridge when I was there in July but otherwise I would say it's something worth checking out especially because it's so close...More

If you're coming by train, you walk right under this bridge on your way into town. Cobbled street. Historical interest. Its friend, devil’s bridge is near. Hold your breath, make a wish and cross over.

Angel bridge and Devil bridge are like a twins in Tartus Toome Hill. You can walk in beautiful park or ride a bike and it ' s not important is winter or summer or spring or fall. Round a year it's nice.
