Wall is nice and interesting. The man giving the tickets (if gives at all as he seems to enjoy collecting money without receipt) is rude, does not greet or thanks for the purchase.

Some parts of the wall is market areas. At some parts artist have put up their paintings for sale. We didn't go up on the wall for the views but saw many people doing that. All in all its quite picturesque.

There are a lot of the original town wall left and we spent a lot of time walking along it. The walls are amazing and in pretty good shape! I suggest getting off the beaten path and walking along them!

Walk alongside or, in place, on top of the ancient city wall, which still rings most of the city. It also hosts some interesting market stalls, with parks and flower gardens on the outer side.

part of the wall for all who is coming into the old town. A real cobble stone walk, so do be careful especially if you are wearing heels. Lots of street vendors there too

This old wall is a stunning example of old time Talinn city. Today local artists sell their wares along the stretch of the wall. Dry cool. Be warned- the street itself has some of the worst cobblestone in the area. Very tough on wheelchairs and...More

This beautiful old wall and tower are open to the public to walk along. There are very good views from the top of the tower over the old city.

There is a nice scenic walk along the outside of the well, and near the end you can pay to climb up onto it and several of the towers. Lovely history and lots of good photos.

Well worth the 3 euros we paid to go up, just to see the roof top views of the city. Not too scary either!

A wall that shows up off and on. Had a few spots to climb up and down. Nothing exceptional to see except its all around

We had a bus ride from the ferry to downtown. It was included with our tour but it is a very walkable and compact city. It's a great place to pick up hand made gifts at any price range.

There are free bits and bits that have a small charge. We paid for a small section because there were other things to see there,. You just need to wander around the town and everthing is clearly signed and you just stumble... More
