Our guide Heli was excellent: her explanations about the history of Tallinn and Estonia were very informative, and she was also extremely entertaining. We really enjoyed our two-hours tour.
We went here a few times and they helped us with booking tours, directions, transport timetables and even weather forecasts. All of the staff are very helpful. It's worth going just to get maps and restaurant guides- especially as some have money-off coupons!
