This is obviously and old and important building of Parnu. However it is slosed and fenced off. There is no information about it available.

Unfortunately it is permanently closed for a long time. I was not able to even jump there though the fence. Symbol of Parnu. Good to be there, but unavailable for tourism.

We had visited the charming Red Tower every time we visited Parnu, but this July, at least on the Wednesday we tried, the Tower was closed. The sign on the door said it was only closed on Mondays and Tuesdays (which is strange enough considering...More
