An amazing castle with a great view. Quite affordable tickets for everyone ; but English tour and audio guide do not exist!

We took an Intercity train from Bratislava to Trencin which was about an hour long road to see this beautiful castle. The walk up to the castle is quite long and hard, but it is well worth the views from the tower of the castle....More

The well restored castle can be reached by foot only walking up a steep alley. The view on the city is the incentive for all the stairs to climb. The castle is the third biggest in Slovakia and it is in a very good shape....More

We have been there before.We love Trencin...however the way thru the 'lesopark' sucks big time.There were soda cans, trash all over.Not one trash bin all the way up to the castle.It was so sad and this was at about 11 AM so it was trash...More
