The Schone Naci statue was one we happened to come across and photographed before we knew anything about it. A story of heartbreak but with a positive outcome has resulted in a silver statue of a legend of Bratislava. Based on the story of Ignac...More

Include this statue in your collection of photos when you're in town. Stand below the capotain and enact that fun, picture-perfect pose befitting the statue's facial expression. It stands by Cafe Meyer sign - easy to spot and swarmed by tourists during the day.

Bratislava has some interesting 20th century sculptures around town, and this is one of them. Read up on the story before you see it, and you'll appreciate it more.

Such a cool wee statue. Look up the story behind it. Get your pics early as he will be busy once everyone is in town. It's a credit to Bratislava to have these types of statues remembering a loving person
