Traditional hungarian horse show ans riding programs are framework for many team events at this csarda. The hotel rooms are located in several smaller buildings on the large property. Best from spring to autum, when you can ennoy the programs outside.

We really had a great time at Varga Tanya(we stayed 3 nights). Everything was fine : great nature, good spa, delicious food(mostly hungarian),great house wine, plenty of horses and ponies, other entertainmets like trampolines and giant chess, management was also very nice and attentive. We have only one complain : the room was clean when we arrived, but during our... More

High Quality standards both on hotel rooms and in the restaurant. You are just in the puszta when step out from the elegant and comfortable hotel room.

We had no idea what to expect. We thought we'd see a traditional "fancy" horse show, but this event was anything but fancy. I have never seen anything like this show; nor have I ever seen men who could ride and train horses as these guys have. Ever see a horse sit down on its haunches (like a dog)? Ever... More

It was a little difficult to find but once there was delighted by the surroundings. Buildings, landscaping and farm features gave a welcoming feeling. The horse show was spectacular with high degree of horsmaship as you would expect in a rural setting. The rider galloping standing on the back of two horses reining another 8 in front of him was... There are plenty of rooms in the hotel which is new stylish, modern and a bit of luxury. A big pool and a... More

Very beautiful horse show; you can see ponys, hungarian horses, oxen and even a guy rinding 12 horses standing on their back; The english of the employees could improve, but the show is really nice!

Had the pleasure of watching the horse show (after my brother got married in the grounds) it was a wonderful experience and definately worth watching. They also told you a bit of history while doing the show, the show was about 30 minutes long and even got the opportunity to ride a horse afterwards. The staff/horse riders were very friendly... We took this as a day trip with Eurotours in Budapest, located in the Intercontinental Hotel. They picked us up at our hotel and brought us to meet several other people at the Intercontinental. This was far better than I expected. It delivered a full horse show experience of Hungarian plains life. We first stopped in the town of Kecskemet... More

It seems interesting for urbanus people. The attraction is complete with horse show and traditional food.
