Some wine cellars are definitely better than others though. In particular, I would recommend the #47 Toth Ferenc cellar as being one of the best. Great to visit at night.

It's a very beautiful part of Eger, with hills and nice surroundings. We can find at each house good wine. It's very beautiful and peaceful.

A very clean hospitality city that's very clean and beautiful. Great restaurants and plenty of spots to get ice cream and coffee. A walking center of the city.

A környezet maga gyönyörű, sok rendezvény van, érdemes kilátogatni! / There are good wine cellars, averages ones and also others below the average level. It is recommended to search or ask for...More

We went here quite early in the day: not a good idea. Almost everything is not open, and there aren't really so much walking opportunities (at least they were badly signed). It seems like a nice area to taste some of the best Eger wines...More

Basically, they'll take anybody, anytime. Business is business and most of the time they're glad for any they can get. You won't be turned away.

Hi, I think that this is not the best time to visit this place beacause there is deep winter in Europe and also in Eger...maybe even 10 degrees of cold. Even the wineries are open after all cool wine tastes better in warm... More
