We had a lovely walk around this park after visiting the thermal springs, it's very pretty and you can reach it easily by tram from the town centre.

It is a beautiful park. Only a short walk from my hotel ( Centrum Hotel; see other review ). Debrecen - in general - is a really nice city.

Large park on the edge of town. Used by runners and families walking of an evening. Bars exist in and around the edge and plenty of places to sit and relax. Wellness centre is in the middle.

It is in the heart of Big Forest, between the University and the Aquaticum and Medical-Thermal Bath. If you are tired of the civilisation, crowd or museums, you can hide in this park. It's calm and quiet, you can sit on the banches or walk...More

Peaceful and quiet. Only problem is that people here like starring at you which is quite uncomfortable and rude.

We really enjoyed Nagyerdei Park. It's beautiful, there are great playgrounds for our kids, and a few coffee shops and restaurants in the area. We were also there for the gourmet food festival, which was really awesome and very highly recommended.

The park itself is nice and well-maintained. Within is the local stadium and a cafe underneath an old water tower, with a viewing platform when the weather is nice. You can get here by trolley from the center of the city in a few minutes.

This place is grate to visit in all season, every season has its own beauty in this park. You can find different kind of birds around the lake. And different kinds of mushrooms and plants in the forest area.

It’s a small place that you can set in quite and read your favorite book between the trees. I recommend to visit it
