This is a wonderful yet hidden place, with fantastic statues - definitely recommend while in Budapest!

Firstly, tripadvisor shows garden in a werkelele place, but it's not! This garden is few minutes from cytadela. Honestly recommend to make a short walk to this place. There was not many people, so I think it's not a popular place.

It is a wonderful experience to feel the energy from this group of statues, found in a hillside park above Erzsabet Bridge. It’s especially beautiful at sunset, as the lights start to illuminate the city.

This is definitely one of the hidden spots on the Buda hills. I suggest everyone to walk by this place even though it only consists of this one monument and a nice part around.

A very nice spot with all the great philosophers. The area is big and quite lovely and it it only 15 minutes away from Citadel.

2007, 2009, 2013, and 2016. This place I found it by mere chance when wandering around as a tourist in 2007. I was deeply touched when I saw for the first time this timeless representation of humanism, in art. Let yourself be pulled by the...More

While the attraction is just a couple statues of "philosophers", including Saint Francis of Assissi, Jesus Christ and Abraham, it is one of those places where locals would gather to enjoy some time (and wine) together, the views and a pleasant, tranquil afternoon on the...More

The view from here is amazing. There are not so many tourists as other venues of Gellert Hill. Nice stopover before you walk up to the Citadel.
