The wine tasting was superb. I didn't know Hungary produced such good wines. The company was great (12 people) and the knowledge discussed by the winemakers was excellent, their knew their stuff. Dinner was lovely as well. I would highly recommend this tour.

We were surprised to find out that Hungary was rich with wine country and being from California and wine lovers, we decided to add this to our trip itinerary. We were staying in an Air BNB close to one of the larger hotels so the...More

This is a wonderful tour. Very close to Budapest so only takes 4 hours today. Get to experience the countryside and the wine outside of the city without having to commit a full day out of your vacation. Would highly recommend this trip!

Found this on trip advisor as a highly rated winery tour/dinner in Budapest. Had a few nights to spend in Budapest prior to boarding a Viking Cruise down the Danube and decided to try it. WAS NOT DISAPPOINTED, so happy we went !! Michael was...More

As seems to always be the case, alcohol-based tours are my favorite. Everyone starts out quiet and, after the first wine tasting, everyone was getting chatty. By the time we had dinner at the end of the night, everyone was talking like old friends. I...More

Absolutely loved the tour and all the people we got to meet. Chocolate tasting was matched with local wines, and got a chance to bring back some unique chocolates. Wineries were great, and dinner made by the wine maker made it feel we were just...More

Good question. I wonder myself about this. My understanding is that you have to let it sit there for 6 months before you can write another review.

Dear Guest, If you choose the Chocolate or Cheese upgrade, that means that instead of a winery, the first stop of the tour is the Choco Workshop or the Cheese Manufacturing Cellar. There you taste white (with the cheese) or... More
