Loved the wide sidewalk that actually allows you to walk slowly and enjoy the view and the construction is different than any other bridge in town

Old and green. Different kind of bridge. I liked it. All the Budapest bridges crossing Danube are unique and different from each other. Really beautiful.

Enjoyed this bridge very much. Great photos and views of Budapest from it. Perfect for Gellert spa and Liberty state access.

All three bridges have a history which make them worth visiting, I cannot honestly remember which story went with which but they were all interesting. Great to walk over, quite the experience as I don't like heights

How many times I crossed that bridge, since 1974 when I was one of the few West-European visitors... Fantastic construction if you consider the facsist troops did blow it up when retracting. One site the historious Gellért Hotel, the other side the Huge covered market....More

There was some kind of tram construction work going on in early july so the bridge was closed to traffic. Anyway there are always side routes for pedestrians. The bridge is quite small, I would say 5m if you don't want to... More
