Did the tour here and was stunned by the beauty of the academy.it is impressive enough outside but the inside was a delight. The tour finished with one of the students performing some short piano pieces. That was the highlight for me!

We were just walking by and happened into this building. We ended up having a great and informative tour as well as a mini concert!

If you like classical music, you have to go to the Liszt Academy when in Budapest. There are recitals and orchestral performances, sometimes free. Wonderful quality and atmosphere. The building itself is imposing, and worth a visit in its own right.
