Budapest river banks can easily be called the most beautiful in the world! They are flanked by amazing buildings that look stunning whether you look at them in day time or evening.

One of the places you have to see while in Budapest. Love this city and the people. Beautiful at night.

The banks of Danube have a different life, a different texture in the nights (of course in the day too). The entire embankment on the Pest side comes alive with music, people, singing and dancing in the evening. Just take a stroll along Danube on...More

A lovely city especially when viewed by night on the river. It is lit up with the lights reflecting in the water.

The "'Duna Korzo" is a lovely pedestrian zone on the Pest side of the Danube between the Chain Bridge and Elizabeth Bridge. It is very popular among locals and tourists, fringed with 5-star hotels (InterContinental, Marriott, Sofitel), restaurants, cafés, bars and casinos. It offers the...More

This is a fabulous view of the sites of Budapest at night. A walk along the embankment is worth the outing. Also, stop at a local sidewalk cafe and enjoy.

There are many buildings to see in Budapest but the Korzo is so beautiful, you can also see it from a trip across the Danube, but its beauty is more apparent if you go along on a cruise boat at night

This stood out with all the lights, from being on a River Cruise. Was another amazing attraction to see in Budapest. However I did not get the chance to visit it during the day, but would have been interesting

Danube is what makes Budapest more beautiful than a usual capital. The river that runs through the city and divides it into 2 parts also gives opportunity to walk on its side no matter you are on Buda or Pest bank. It is also one...More

District V / Inner City
Discover the Inner City along the banks of the Danube,
with its fashionable shops and iconic buildings. The
Inner-City Parish Church and St. Stephen’s Basilica
stand out as two of the finest examples of
architecture in the area. If you are still hunting for
more historical treats, then the ruins of the medieval
city walls on Kecskeméti Utca are a must-visit while
the Soviet War Memorial is also worthy of attention

The normal walking distance from Chain Bridge to Elizebeth Bridge is around 15 minutes. Allowing time for photo-taking and enjoying the scenery around the promenade, it will take you at least an hour along this route.
