Built during the 19th century for the Hungarian Millennium celebrations, this mock bastion features pointed towers and turrets, reminiscent of the fairytale castles in Disney World.

Neat building with great panoramic view of Pest. You can pay to go on top the wall for an unobstructed view of the city.

A must see attraction in Budapest! You need to pay to walk along the top of the walls but it's worth it for the great views across the river of the Parliament Buildings.

A good trek to this place and the view from above is amazing. We went to this place in a group and spent hours there. Budapest being a walking city - all the places are to be done on foot and just wow.

You can walk around on your own. I'm not sure about tours available, but I saw a small building that was offering information. It was down the street from Matthias, and across the street from some restaurants.
