It's not a huge square, but we felt comfortable as the weather was extremely good during our visit. We took very good picture as we visited here in slack season.

A very pretty Square in Piran with beautiful buildings. Lots of cafes here but if you want a meal go to the waterfront a few blocks on.

In this small old town, everything is within a short walk, and this square is at the heart of it. A small number of market stalls augmented numerous stores and restaurants, and there also was a tourist information office on the square.

The square itself is sea leveled and therefore wheelchair accessible. You can get there easily from the port. However going up town to the fortress would be really challenging through steep and narrow streets and therefore... More
