Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

The Tourist Information Center is located across from Centralna Train Station in the back of the Palace of Culture and Science Building.. Hard to find, look for "information" signs outside. Although English is not widely spoken in Poland, the staff was able to guide us to the hop on hop off bus location. There is also many brochures and maps for the taking and they offer many tours if that is what you are looking for.

The Tourist Information Office situated in the very center of Warsaw can be found at the back of the Palace of Culture and Science, facing the Centralna Station. For the first time I found computers in such a place, that can be used by tourists having the possibility to print FOR FREE everything they need- maps, bus or train tickets, the check-in note for the plane etc. There are also many shelves where you can choose full colour booklets about Warsaw which is such an amazing city, about the delicious Polish food, about the museums in Warsaw, about the history of Warsaw, etc The staff is so very nice and helpful like all the Polish people who are so polite and nice everywhere. You get every help and information here,so that you can plan your visit.

I was here today; not only did I receive many free materials, I also got a good deal at the exchange (the only fair exchange in the city). The souvenirs are not only cheap but also really diverse. I also was treated very nicely by the staff who speaks english.

Warsaw Old Town worth visiting but be aware of money exchange Kantor Interchange Polska, ul. Krakowskie Przedmirscie 57/59 old town, cashier Michal Matusiak and his eur/zl rate 3,24 (official 4,33). I changed 350 euros and lost 100 euros because of his rates. Jori Kaila, Helsinki Finland

Was able to get valuable information on how to go to auschwitz and krakow with a reasonable price. It was a lesson learnt that before joining tours offered by the hotel (I stayed), I must visit the nearby tourist information to compare the convenient and reasonable ways to join organized tours

I loved the tour offered, although there was not that much choice. Nice staff members and brochures, flyers & a map of the city can be obtained. The guide was excellent (tour taken: Chopin's birth place).

I was surprised with such great previous reviews ! I read some and realised they had gone to the information centre in the old town! ( we should have done the same!)
We went to the information centre in central Warsaw ( almost opposite) the railway station!
Sadly, received very poor service! Both employees were not interested in giving any information to us. The centre was empty so they had no excuse!
