The Chopin monument has Chopin sitting under weeping willow trees drawing inspirations. Why weeping willow ? That’s because his hometown was full of weeping willow trees.

Located is a small park in Warsaw, you almost have to have directions to find it. Notice the music playing (Chopin's) as you view the sculpture.

When you visit Warsaw, you need to visit the tribute to one of its favorite sons Fryderick Chopin. Park is an ideal place for a lazy afternoon.

This monument is huge and is certainly a wonderful tribute to Chopin. The gardens that surround this statue are lovely and is not only a nice place to visit but could be a very peaceful place to sit when there are not so many tourists...More
