The statue is surprisingly small and almost lost among numerous tables and cafes located in the sqare. But it is a beautiful statue, although quite different from the Kopenhagen mermaid.

The Warsaw Mermaid has a delightful story and sits in the middle of a square full of shops, coffee shops and restaurants. People watching is fun and a concert was going on one night.

Cool statue in the middle of the square with plenty of places to eat and enjoy the view. We ate at one of the restaurant with a view of the statue. Great place to visit!

It is central in the main square, but with all those restaurants, tables, umbrellas it is so busy and crowded. Especially in the weekend you cannot take a photo, just too many people , tourists
