Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

An impressive building – viewed from both the front (with the colourful winged horses adorning the lawn) and the back. At the back is a small park, including a pond, which provides a very relaxing walk. Did not go inside – think it is just a library now.

The Krasinski Palace is considered to be one of the most beautiful buildings in Warsaw. It was designed by Tylman van Gameren & was built between 1687 & 1700 in the Baroque style with ornaments in relief by the gifted sculptor & architect, Andreas Schluter. Sadly the palace sustained extensive damage during WWII but has since been restored. It sits amongst attractive gardens where it is pleasant to sit & take in the beautiful surroundings.

Late 17th century residence of Jan Krasinski (royal administrator). The architect was a Dutchman Tielman van Gameren (Tylman Gamerski); style is French baroque. Interesting is the huge triangular pediment relief depicting the victory of Polish clans over Roman rule. No bloody scenes and guns, but relieved noblemen in an arcadic setting.

The palace was destroyed by the Nazis in 1944 and later rebuilt. It now is part of the Polish National Library. The pleasant palace gardens are open to the public as well.

In front of the building, is a multimedia kiosk where you can learn the history of this amazing place. In the middle is a real treasure for all loving books. The biggest impression did the urn with ashes on the largest book's treasures burnt by the Germans at the end of II World War. A park is also worth seeing

Beautiful building in a small but very nice park with a small pond and some nice walkways. Amazingly this building was destroyed during the war and rebuilt to its former glory.

You can enjoy the outside of the building while you stroll in the park. Don't forget to see both sides of the palace.
It houses the national library now, it' s not a museum.

This was a beautiful Palace we passed as we were heading to the Warsaw Uprising monument.
This is a lovely building set in some superbly kept grounds and in an area of outstanding architectural beauty.
Krazinski Palace is built in the Baroque form of architecture and really is very photogenic and it's buildings like this that make a visit to the Old Town and the streets around the Old Town a joy to visit.
Very easy to locate on Ul.Plac.Krasinskica,Nowoursjnowska.
Well worth checking out.

This is a lovely Baroque-looking palace (rebuilt after WWII), but unfortunately it was not open to the public while we were visiting it (despite the signs saying it ought to be open).
Still, it's a nice view for 5 minutes.

The area around the palace is quite walkable and there are lots of hidden details. The highlight of visiting the palace is the silly winged horse sculptures in front of such a grand building.

Keep an eye on the ground and for small monuments nearby as the area is full of significant history markers.
