You should come to this place if you want to escape the noise of the streets. There's a wonderful little lake where you can sit on of the plenty benches.

walked by as we toured round the old town, there were some strage horse like satues out in fron for some art purpose.

One of the better-looking palaces in Warsaw, easy to locate and near the Monument of Warsaw Uprising, so worth checking out.

We couldn't see the front of the Palace because it was covered with cloth. I think they were renovating it or something..

This is a lovely Baroque-looking palace (rebuilt after WWII), but unfortunately it was not open to the public while we were visiting it (despite the signs saying it ought to be open). Still, it's a nice view for 5 minutes.
