On a beautiful weather day, we would probably not have visited the palace, but on a very cool and breezy July day, the palace was a welcome distraction. We enjoyed our 35-45 minute walk around.

In itself it is not very impressive but the park around is gorgeous. On weekends they often have bands and music and other entertainment in the park.

The palace itself isn't particularly impressive, but the park it is set it is! The palace is definitely improved by the beautiful surroundings and the lake. Definitely worth strolling around the park and soaking it all in.

By traditional European standards, this palace was average looking but the setting in the middle of the park on the gorgeous lake put it above average. Be sure to take some time to explore the whole park area.

I have visited several times as it is so calming and beautiful. Cute mice were running under the plants, which let the kids fantasy fly in this magical place.

We went on a Thursday, which is a free day and very glad we did. There were several museums/palaces to visit in the park and were glad we did not have to pay for each individual one. The Palace itself is quite small and took...More

You have many buildings in this park. The whole complex. Main palace on the island - I think 40 minutes is enough to see it inside. I recommend going to the place where "orange trees" used to be - there is also a beautiful... More
