Watched the Guards on New Year 2016

Lucky to see the full change of the guard, quite emotional, very moving. If going to the Old Town worth a visit.

Worth a visit, just to think about the past. Two soldiers stand on duty. Candles lit, a few flowers.

We saw this place the night we arrived. But we had a chance to learn the story of it during a free walking tour. Also we witnessed to a ceremony between two countries at this place.

Easy to forget to visit this square. Still worth to visit. Impressive, especially when cold and windy.

I've seen many tombs of the unknown soldiers in Eastern European countries. And this one is the most beautiful. It's not huge as others. But the design is the most welcoming. Every time I go there, I see soldiers guarding that place, which I treat as an honour from the country to it's army. The place is just next to... More

We almost stumbled upon the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier and were immediately struck by the grandeur and reverence of the place, guarded by two soldiers, the guard changing every hour, 24/7.
