King Sigisnund column is in a prime location being in the castle square. It is the starting point for visit to the old town. Colunn itself is impressive with a good statue of the king. Go up the observation tower to take a better close...More

A beautiful column reminding all of us what happened in warsaw in 19th and 20th century excellent atmosphere nad music groups are gathering every day and night keepng us company

Manky activities going on. Street performers and shop and cafes.There was a concert the night we were there. We went to the top of a church and the view of castle square was gorgeous.

Being in the center of the Castle Square, one cannot miss this magnificent column. Worth a visit and worth a memorable photo. No place in Poland is its equal.

If you visit Warsaw's old town you'll more then likely walk past this column. It's very grand but nothing exceptional, still worth having a quick look at.

in the same royal palace square, it is nice spot with the colorful buildings in the back, also there are some food street stands on the same sq. so it is a nice place to eat, cheap stuff.
