If you visit the old town section of Warsaw, you will likely walk by the Palace. We happened to be there during what appeared to be a changing of the guard. It was interesting to observe.

If you take the Royal walk, you will go past the palace. I was there on 3 Kings Day when the parade went right by it

Visited on Wednesday 4th October. We stopped to admire this magnificent building with a grand statue in front. There are plaques giving you information about it's history. It is situated on the Royal route so easy to get to as well.

Nice to see at night as it's all lit up. Not really a must do but it's right in the centre so you cant really miss it.

In my opinion the presidential palace is the most impressive building on the royal route. It is an immaculate looking building but no chance to visit. When I was there on a monday morning lots of guards around due to some major visit.

This government building is surprisingly accessible from the street. Security is low key but you know it’s there. Perfect place to take a picture. Standing outside I had the same feeling of power and prestige that I get at 24 Sussex Drive in Canada, 10...More

The Presidential palace is the seat of the President of Poland and was the seat of Polish council of ministers in the past. It is significant to note that this palace survived the second world war nearly intact. The palace is used by protesters to...More
