This is a very funky place, the library is a smart modern building with a really cool design. I really went to see the roof gardens but not fully open after October but still worth going.

2 things are lovely in the library. First - the walls written in couple of languages and the lovely garden on the roof with the nice scenary around.

This little oasis in the city is a great place to have a rest. I love that it is on the top of a library, it is a very nice combination. The roof garden itself looks a little bit futuristic, you can find your own...More

It’s worth to take a look to the gardens on the roof top. Very nice place to relax and read! I arrived there by mistake bit I was impressed by the gardens and the view from the top.

Remarkable glass building, roof some what covered by earth and gardens, worth a look if you are interested in that sort of thing. Need a pass to get into the library though, security issues, not sure why

One of the best roof top gardens I've seen to date. Local bus route 127 from Centrum drop you outside the library and various other bus routes available. Amazing views of the river and the gardens so why not take the opportunity to take pictures.

We came across the roof top garden more by accident than design - a well kept secret! Access it from the university garden, then climb up via steps to the roof. Amazing views across Warsaw. The garden at ground floor level is a wonderful place...More
