An absolutely magnificent experience: informative, humbling and affirmative. It is modern, interactive, hugely varied, suitable for all ages—but not modern in any gratuitous way (unlike some of Warsaw’s other museum experiences). Anchored in original documents and sources—including impressive film and photograph footage. The audio guide is solemn and long-winded, but hugely helpful. Enormous amounts to experience. The 3D flight over... More

Entry free reasonably priced , signs in English which was helpful. Would definitely recommend it. (Right on the main road so easy to access from the centrum via tram).

I went without knowing much about the Warsaw Uprising and certainly learned a lot! The information was well-presented and easy to understand. Entrance fee was reasonable, especially given just how much information was packed into the space. All of the text was in both Polish and English. It's a lot to digest but the exhibits are interesting and include a... More

One great museum with a big amount of info over the resistance of the Polish people during WW2. It was the best museum to visit in Warsaw. Very atmospheric and fulled with data for someone who is fond of recent history.

Warsaw feels very safe and it's easy to get around walking or by metro. It's nice and clean. Excellent shopping if you need clothes or beauty products. Really good food ranging from milkbars to guide michelin restaurants.

Recommend for a few hours. Learned a lot about Warsaw in the war. Good value and a quaint little cafe upstairs

This is a fantastic museum and a must see whilst in Warsaw. It has a real atmosphere to it as light and sound are used throughout the museum to set the scene. It was eye opening to see the strength of the people of Warsaw and what they did to protect their city. I also found it interesting to learn... More

The uprising in Warsaw in 1944 is probably not so well known outside Poland but after a visit you will be an expert. I can highly recommend a visit. I was there during a rainy day during 2-3 hours. It's a modern museum with a lot to see and experience.

I am a real history buff, and wanted to know more about Warsaw. The museum did that exactly right, and showed me everything. It is definitely worth a visit. I did the tour on my own, self guided, the exhibition is in both polish and english. However, as many suggested - do get the audio tour guide. The lighting in... More
