Great place for concerts and intersting building

It hosts the Poznan Philarmonic Orchestra, wonderful acustic auditorium. Renaissance style. Well located, close to the historical Castle and cultural center.

An important place in the city. There's always something going on there. What's more there's a beautiful small park just next to this square.

On a sunny morning I quite enjoyed wandering in the campus among trees and very diverse old buildings. It was very quiet, very few people during the summer break.

As many universities UAm actually is also disseminated in the city. But the main campus is well lokated, not far away from the Market Square from one side, and main station from the other side

The university buildings are artistically diverse and face onto Park A Mickiewicza, a large square and sculptures and across to the Kaisers palace and other notable civic buildings as well as the poignant Uprising Memorial.

Not as old as colleges in Oxford or Cambridge but a most impressive building none the less. The university was closed for the summer but the Mickiewicz square and park outside as well as the Imperial Castle opposite and nearby Opera house make this one of the lovliest areas to visit in Poznan
