After a visit to the innovatively designed Manufactura, Piotrowska street is a more traditional place which is quintessential Łódź, nicely renovated, and full good dining and shopping options.

With five kilometers it is Europe’s longest shopping street. The street is filled with sponsored tiles and also with tiles of famous Polish people. For great shopping I recommend Manufaktura

This street is a must-see in Lodz. I’d say if you have only little time in Lodz, put this first - amazing architecture and good vibes. Picturesque. Takes about 30-40 minutes to walk the whole street.

Reconstruction of this witch i remember from 30 years ago is amazing. What a pleasure to spend all day walking from Plac Wolnosci to Plac Niepodleglosci on both side of that street.

The main pedestrianised road through Łódź, this should be your starting point for getting out. Busy with shops, bars and restaurants be sure to take time to look in the side streets and courtyards as this is where some of the more interesting venues are.
