The bridge itself is nothing special, but it does connect to the stunning Cathedral Island, and does have beautiful views of the Oder river and back to the city. Yes it has padlocks, but so does Krakow and a few other European cities as well....More

The bridge itself is very pretty and now become even symbolic because of thousands of 'lovers' locks' attached to it. Worth seeing especially that is en route to beautiful part of the city - Ostrow Tumski

Great bridge with amazing romantic behaviour and tradicion. Great attractions for romanticts and people who are fall in love. I recomend it a lot!

The bridge leads to famous Ostrów Tumski which itself makes it an attractive construction. It is also called "The Lovers Bridge", because couples put locks on it (the locks are signed with both their names) to manifest the strenght of their love. Apart from that,...More

This bridge has thousands of padlocks left by lovers , think it started here about 5 or 6 years ago unlike the more famous bridge of Seville which i believe originated the trend many years ago

Must see for everyone visiting Wroclaw. Oldest part of town not far from center. Recommended to do walking along river.

Head towards dusk to see the gas lamplighter in his glory. A beautiful stroll from the old town. Bring or a buy a lock to join the thousands of others.

a short walk from the city centre where lovers put a padlock on the bridge and sign it with their names very romantic i recomend buying a lock and taking it with you from one of the hardware stores

Wroclaw is beautiful and has much to offer. Not a huge city so you can walk pretty much everywhere. However, it's at least a couple hours from Krakow so unless you have the extra time read Robin R's suggestions. I will say... More
