Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

We only saw the Town Hall from the outside but it was amazing. I love Gothic architecture and this was a definitely one of the most beautiful buildings I have ever seen. I want to come back when we have more time and see the inside also.

The building is magnificent, my low score is for the "museum" 15zl to see a few pieces of glass wear. Dont bother. Go to the Wroclaw city museum in the palace it's free of charge and excellent.

Wroclaw Town Hall is an impressive building that looks like a church or cathedral. It's situated in the centre of the city on the Rynek square. It has an interesting design, hosts a museums and one of the oldest bars in the city.

It's amazing that this historic building survived WW!! with only minimal damage. History would have cried. It's a beautiful piece of Gothic architecture going back centuries, sitting proudly at the center of the huge and absolutely gorgeous and picturesque Market Square. What we are looking at today dates back to the 15th century. Wikipedia will supply the whole history. Do read it to appreciate it!!!!
Nowadays the old Town Hall functions as a museum and is used as a venue for ad hoc exhibitions. For those looking for keep sakes there's a souvenir shop. Looking at the front alone will transport you back to medieval times. Such detail and such balance in architecture. It's a feast for the eyes.

When people who've never experienced "Old Europe" imagine it, this is what they imagine. The real deal. Brick for brick, among the most beautiful buildings in Poland.

This building is far more elaborate on the outside although a visit inside is interesting. There are 2 exhibitions currently, kerosene laps galore and glass.

We celebrated our friends 40th birthday over a long weekend in Wroclaw and it didn't disappoint. I love going off track but wasn't sure how of our friends' appetite for an adventure but what we found was a safe, accessible city with a great mix of culture, architecture and hospitality. A good mix of restaurants and attraction focused around beautify sq. My top tip is to stay close to the sq.
