Busy and fun

Krupowki street is busy and fun. You should have a look at it if you are in Zakopone. There are a lot of shops and stalls, plenty of places to eat and drink.

This is commercialism...And not at its best...quaint buildings...housing Subway and other chain tourist restaurants alongside mug with your name on it shops...the smoked cheese huts elevate the experience....

A street where everybody will find something interesting. An amazing local architecture mixed with plenty of modern shops. You will also find plenty of local produce which you will find hard to resist to buy and good quality as well. The street is also full of cosy restaurants with very nice staff working there.

Touristy but quaint and very pretty. I loved the buzz, even though we never bought anything. We did however visit three or four times over the Easter weekend and ate at two of the restaurants.

It's a long road with lots of shops and places to eat plus great Sports Bar . And it's pedestrianised. Picturesque in the snow with mountains in the background

The street goes through Zakopane with hotels, cafés, restaurants and many shops, on either side. A lovely experience, where you can buy souvenirs or drop into for example Sabala for a snack or lunch. In the evening there are many atmospheric restaurants eg Stek Chalupka, to drop into..it is very safe.

You won't visit Zakopane without going to Krupowki Street. It's one long hill filled with lovely restaurants, bars and shops - some named brands and others more unique. Visiting in March meant some places were closed but there was enough open to keep us busy. I can imagine in peak season this street would be a thriving area of people... More

It's an ugly street in an ugly city. The only feeling you get there is that of a tourist trap. Restaurants, souvenirs and other shops are mostly of poor quality. Visit the mountains, yes, but stay away from the city as much as possible.

Great shopping but market place much better. Same staff better price but bring cash PLZ. Very seldom they have credit card machines.

I liked the cosy restaurants and alpine feel of the street, a few tacky shops but overall it was nice to walk down. A historical feel to it with gorgeous street lamps!

Thank jezjay
