It should be a condition of visiting Krakow that you have to visit here, just brutally compelling. They have obviosly spent a lot of money upgrading this. Not easy to find but well worth seeking out.

Extremely interesting and knowledgeable visit. If you can take local transport rather than a tour, you will save a lot. We walked around slowly which took about two hours. Well worth it.

This exhibition is put together chronologically which is really good. We had a guided tour which was brilliant and extremely informative. I think we would have struggled without to be honest as a lot of the old documents on show were obviously polish. There are...More

Lovely to look atound at your own pace. Lots of information to take in. It was good to see people talking about what happened when in the camp on the cinema screen. A must see when staying in Krakow

We visited the museum one morning during our time in Krakow and it didn't disappoint, it gave a really good in depth insight into the occupation of Krakow through the amazing displays and very interesting first person accounts, well worth the visit...

disappointed to be honest because it's not the factory. just the offices. I was looking forward to seeing scenes in the factory from schindlers list but it was basically a Muslim with information overload.

I've read loads of other reviews and can't agree with much that has been said because the place was all over the shop, no real story-line, no solid continuity and chronologically it is a fail. Signage with black lettering on a red background was difficult...More

A guided tour is not needed as there are plenty of signs and explanations of what the different items are. Plus, if you don't use a guide, you can go at your own pace.

Buying the day of will not work (sold out), we had to buy 2 days out and they have slotted time. Dont bother with the guided tour - you can do it on your own...allot of wall reading.
