Beautiful church along Royal Mile with its distinctive twin, white steeples. It was closed so didn't have chance to go inside.

This church is located in Old Town along the Royal Mile. Used by the Poor Clare nuns. Very old but beautiful interior

We visited many churches in the city but by far the most spectacular was the small Church of St Andrew, which we visited twice. On the first visit the internal gates were closed but we could hear the Poor Claire nuns praying behind the screens...More

It was thrilling to see for the first time the double towers with their arcade-like topmost windows. Its purpose as a defensive construct is revealed by the narrow slit windows on its facade. It wonderfully shows its vintage by the somewhat faded appearance of the...More

The church is very old and the exterior is quite interesting with mixture of materials. It looks very nice from St. Mary Magdalene square or from the garden of Saints Peter and Paul. The interior is much smaller that it looks from the outside, but...More

This church is near the Church of St Peter and St Paul. Built in the 13th century it is small inside and has a black alter. It appears much larger on the outside. This is in an area in the street where you can see...More

One of the best preserved Romanesque buildings in all of Poland-- it opened in 1098. And since 1320 has been in the care of the Order of the Poor Clares (whose convent is nearby). Gorgeous interior!

We took many pictures from outside. 900 years old church with nice view from st. Grodzka. Closed. No one knows when it's open. Only a little review in internet about the church, no open hours mentioned.

The outside of this church is deceiving as once you get inside it is more the size of a chapel than of a church. There is a small area to sit and reflect before the altar which is protected by a gate. It is well...More

This is probably the oldest church in Krakow and although it's not massive it is really pretty. If your walking from the castle down through Grodzka Street you pass this church. A beautiful interior with high ceilings and a riot of gold details and frescoes...More
