Corpus Christi is a truly beautiful church and worth the visit it is situated right next to the Jewish district.

Worth a look of you're staying at the Golden Tulip Hotel. Just go out, down the side and across the street in the back. Not as fancy as the basilica, but still worth a visit if you're in the area. Were surprised to see the...More

We knew the interior was Baroque and the pulpit was shaped like a boat, but it is only when you stand and gaze at it, do you wonder ‘Why?’ Nothing in church ornamentation is by accident so why would the wood carver choose to create...More

We stumbled across Corpus Christi whilst wandering around the Jewish quarter, we had stopped for refreshment at the little café on the corner when I realised that there appeared to be a lot of people coming and going from the rather unassuming façade. After our...More

We were able to visit this on our favorite little cart tour through the Jewish Quarter. Built by King Kasimirez hundreds of years ago, he invited Jews to live in this area. The church has a 24K gold alter that will literarlly take your breath...More

It is surreal. I was overcome with emotion to this church. You must be respectful with your clothing when entering and pictures are not allowed. It is a must see if you are in the area. Beautiful place

The gold in this church is unbelievable and something everyone should see. If it's real then I can think of a thousand better ways to use it, rather than painting statues. I found the whole gaudy display distasteful.

I'm not religious but the iconography in the churches of Krakow are a sight to behold. The artwork is unbelievable.

Took a very short visit as part of a total Krakow tour. Quite simply it’s stunning. The main altar (apologies if that’s not the correct term, but I’m not a religious person) is amazing! Well worth a visit if you’re Religious or just curious.
