Interesting gothic church - do walk down the cloisters to find the additional altars. Look up - what is that eye, what are those cabinets high up on the right hand side?

This is a lovely Gothic church with an annexed monastery next to it. The exterior of the church are actually more exciting than its interiors. Still, it's worth a 5-minute visit.

Church of St Catherine is located at ul. Augustianska 7 in the Kazimierz District (Jewish Quarter). Worth seeing if you are in the area.

In a city with an overwhelming number of churches, this isn't the most grand but it's still a sight to behold. It's worth a stop in on the way by, with informative history and some great views.

It is not the fanciest of churches but still very nice and has a nice bit of history inside if you get a leaflet explaining it all. A woman who worked there could not speak english but tried her best to point things out and...More

Strolling around Kazimierz you will certainly visit this church, but compared to others, it is quite average.

Krakow’s abundance of magnificent churches together with the plentitude of its monasteries and convents earned the city a reputation of “the Northern Rome” in the past. They have remained the centers of spiritual life till now, attended throughout the week and crowded on Sundays. A...More
