Could not fault this company, they organised both trips & transfers from the airport for us. A special thanks to Patrick who was very helpful & knowledgeable & an excellent driver. Would recommend this company if you are planning a visit to Kraków.

Not for the fainthearted, but historically essential to see how the Nazis dealt with the prisoners and the accommodation, daily routine, the method and deception of sorting who works and those not so lucky.

We used this company - Krakowtrip for our recent visit to Auschwitz-Birkenau. Firstly, I booked via the website just a few days before taking the tour (pretty last minute really!) but I was emailed back in an hour confirming my places on the day I...More

Bus ride was good and our driver and tour leader were both very nice. It was a little touristy for me. The place was crowded with tours and they charge to use the restroom. I was hoping for a more personal experience with time to...More

Hard-to-believe details are explained in an appropriate way during a tour of all aspects of the camp. It can become very busy at peak times and the high temperatures can make the distances walked in the Birkenau section quite tiring, but nevertheless completely worthwhile.

The tour of Auscwitz-Birkenau Concentrationcamps compelled me to read more about the experiences of the people that survived the camps especially Viktor Frankl's Man's Search for Meaning and the Girl in a Red Coat.

I booked this online before we went to Krakow and was wondering if they would turn up on the day. They did, on time, and with a nice air conditioned vehicle to transport us to the camps. The driver was very nice and pointed out...More

It is long and harrowing but worth the effort as it will open your eyes and mind to how inhumane some fellow human beings can treat others. Bring a packed lunch and pay good attention to your guide. I would in many respects forget about...More

This trip was part of a package tour. Our coach party was split into groups of approx. 15 people which was a manageable number when walking around. We were each given headphones & receivers (to adjust the volume) and the guide spoke into her mike....More

We are a family of 5. We truly enjoyed the door to door service. It made a memorable trip that much better.

I would always recommend the guided tours. Auschwitz is over an hour outside Krakow and the tours usually take you to Auschwitz and Berkenau which is another 20 mins further on still We did the Salt Mines on the same day and... More

You can not take a rucksack into Auschwitz but there is a locker room where it can be left. You can take it to Birkenau which is the 2nd part of the trip. If you book an tour you will do both camps.
