We live in a world of change but the thing that does not change is how we treat one another. This tour demonstrates the worst of the worst and we had a sensitive guide to help us along. You cannot leave this place untouched.

Bus trip was comfortable and well informed however once the tour started we were not given an option or asked what areas we want to spend more/less time at. Spending 5mins looking at a photo and then only 5 seconds at the actual physical items...More

Though I would have preferred to have made my own way there, and done the tour myself - it appears that all slots for the tours are booked up by Cracow tour agencies. No matter, I chose Cracow City Tours and have little to grumble...More

We had a great time in the salt mine with Sebastian. He was funny, engaging and knowledgeable. Regrettably, he did keep criticising other guides within his company and belonging to other companies. Whilst I appreciate that some rivals and slow colleagues can be annoying; it's...More

If you will be in Kraków book a tour that will take you by bus to Auschwitz and have a tour ready for you there. Try Cracow City tours, it is easy to book and they have many language options.
