Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Palace Of Wielopolski Family is a great looking building that on a week's holiday in Krakow I passed every day.
Constructed in 1560 but more or less destroyed in a devastating fire in 1850 this building was rebuilt in 1864 with further renovations taking place between 1907- 1912 .
The building is currently home to the President of Poland and is such an eye catching building that's most definitely well worth checking out if you're in the area and easy to locate along Wszystkich Swietych .

Located adjacent to the Bazylika I Klasztor Franciszkanow is the Palace Of Wielopolski Family which is a grand old building in the Old Town.
This building is the home of Krakow City Council and the main office of the present President Of Krakow.
This building was completed in 1560 but more less destroyed in a fire in 1850 ,rebuilt in 1864 with further renovation taking place between 1907 and 1912 to more or less give us the wonderful building we see today.
We passed this building most everyday and were really impressed with the architecture especially the main entrance.
A beautiful building easily found on Wszystkich Swietych and most definitely well worth checking out.

Came across by mistake, but it was next to Tourist information centre, there was a lot of people around and a film crew were filming.

In this old building president of the city works. It was built between 1535-1560. It was destroyed in a big fire in 1850. Big part of the city was in flames that time - buildings were wooden, it was hot summer and in one of them nuts were kept. Dry nuts caught a fire and they jump from one wooden roof to another. A nearby church also was detroyed in that big fire. After renovation a cafe was inside in 1857. In 1864 city bought this building. Another renovation was organised - some paintings of old presidents were hung. After another renovation 1907-1912 some big rooms were added.
According to a legend there is a ghost of a young lady whose head was cut off because her uncle gave such an order. The sceleton without a head was hidden in a wall. They found it during renovation in 1911.
