We were surprised to find that we had to pay to go on the pier, but it turned out to be a good thing, since it was very clean and not overly crowded. Nice views and many places to sit.

Pleasant walk along a broad pier with a marina at the end. Lots of places to sit on a sunny day. A small fee is payable, but well worth it. Great views across the bay to Gdańsk with its shipyard cranes.

The Sopot Pier is the longest wooden pier in Europe. It affords a beautiful view of the Baltic and wonderful Sopot beach. It is pricey to enter the pier, but worth the money.

We had a (free) walk down the pier on a Sunday evening - it costs a little at other times - and it was lovely. Great views back to the Grand Hotel and a beautiful sunset.

Sorry cant help with that one as we travelled by train. That said I think you can just park on the road side & then walk to the pier (an pedestrian area). I imagine there must be a car park at the train station too and that... More
