Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

We went on this in December on a beautiful sunny but very cold morning. There wasn’t really a queue at all so we went straight on. The price is reasonable (37 zloty per person) and the views were great. I never for one moment thought I wouldn’t enjoy it but I actually found it quite frightening the first time round. Something to do with a feeling of not being fully supported, combined with a slight swaying of the capsules and then nothing to hold on to apart from the edge of the seat. My initial thoughts were of wanting to get off but of course this isn’t possible when you’re half way round!! I felt calmer on the second and third times round (I think we got 4 or 5 full loops) but even then didn’t feel totally at ease. The capsules are very small and you have to remain seated, which wasn’t really a problem as I was too scared to move. If you like big wheels I’d definitely recommend it as a good experience on a clear day or possibly at night when everything is lit up.

On the website it says that price includes 3 spins (15 minutes of a ride) But it was 5 spins. Views were beautiful, and the wagons were not crowded as they only assign one to one "group" of people. If you come with your significant other you will have a wagon for yourself and you would be able to talk freely. Highly recommend.

If you go to the wheel only because of the view of the old city, then I recommend visiting either the Town Hall or the church, the views from there are much better than from the Ferris wheel, and also much more expensive)
The child really liked it, 6 years old. For three tickets we paid 101zl. Made 5 revolutions. It's a little scary at the beginning, especially when the booths are swaying while others are being seated below. There is air conditioning, a 'help' button, and soothing music plays)

Went up as a family of 5 and all fit in to one of the cars. Good value for money (20 zloti or so) and went around 4 times, pausing briefly at the top twice to take in some breathtaking views. Queues go down relatively quickly too.

I went there around 2:30 p.m. to take a ride, and there were no lines. It took about 15 minutes to complete 5 circles. Prices are quite high (35 złoty, with no discount for senior citizens), and after the third circle, it becomes a little monotonous. However, seeing the city from above and from a different perspective is a nice attraction. Also, because the footbridge in front is a lifting bridge and the Ferris wheel is on an island, you may have to wait or go around to get to the other side.

The AmberSky fairieswheele was amasing but... We have met the most unprofessional and unkind employee in the whole Gdansk. I was with my family ( 2 adult and 2 children (6 and 1 y.o.). We had the babystroller which we parked under the sunshade according other employees advice. When we get off the reel it was raining heavily. When we tried to cover the stroller and go home another employee who was unkindly came and ordered us to leave the place immediately. We left the place very angry and in trouble. We recommend no one that place when that unfriendly employee is on place. Unfortunately I don't know his name.

The view was amazing, but also one of us felt sick and wanted out, but despite pressing Help repeatedly, 0 reaction! And then it turned out that they were listening to music too loud and didn't hear it. What if something worse happened?? 0 responsibility for people's life. I hope some action will be taken, it's not safe to put people like this in charge. It happened at 25th July 16:45-17.

It's a sky wheel like there are many of them and yes - you can have very good views of Gdansk.
But...it is located in a very stupid place that you can reach crossing a bridge, what is in his puberty...I guess, because the bridge is constantly standing upwards. That means you have to wait like 20 minutes when the bridge comes town, then standing in the sky wheel line, doing your rounds and then again 20 minutes waiting when going back.
So, because of the constant queue I didn't enjoyed it as much I would liked to.

The big wheel delivered a great view of the city. When I last came in 2017 it was in a different and perhaps better location, nevertheless it was a great view. 4 turns of the wheel was more than enough especially as it was windy and we were both a little nervous. The staff there were really lovely and of course it is a safe and solid structure.
