This is probably the best known church in Olomouc, definitely worth visiting, it has stunning inside, but nice to see from outside only as well. Archbishop museum is just next to it with free entrance on Sundays.

Simply a very pretty cathedral inside. All the internal walls, columns, ceilings are decorated. The stonework has been painted over in some discreet colourful patterns. It really brightens the place up. Even the nave stain glass windows look like those colourful kaleidoscope patterns from yr childhood. The ceiling of the chancel and apse is as if you're looking up to... More

Truly beautiful facade with a lot of ornaments and statues. the entrance portal is worth a closer look. The interior is great, but not as special as I expected.

Constructed of many different architectural styles, Gothic, Renaissance, Baroque, Neoclassical, they are all here. Take the time to learn the history before your visit as it will increase your enjoyment of this simply beautiful building.

Absolutely stunning cathedral. He initial building dates back to the 1100. In my opinion this is the most beautiful and spectacular building in Olomouc. There was 1 guide inside the cathedral and he started explaining the history of the building half in Spanish and half in English. But as soon as a big group of people came into the building... More

Amazing cathedral! I sat on bench outside this church and just stared at this structure. How the people built this church all those years ago is beyond me. Everywhere you looked there was a gargoyle looking back at you. The detail is amazing. Deffinately see it if you are in Olomouc. It is a wonderful church.
