Large and quiet park in the center of Brno city. Good for relax, hanging out with friends, walking with a dog or running.

I love this place, one of my favorite in the town. There is a river, place where the dogs meeting is, lots of nature, very calm. Lots of people are picnic, doing sports etc.

The oldest park in Brno . Not far away from the center . You can have a picknick there or just walk around . In the middle of the park is a old and huge Ginko-tree .

If you have spare time and you are on walking distance from this park, than it is definitely recommend to head there and enjoy the oasis of peace in downtown Brno.

They restored or re-invented the old Povanka stream with much swamp-like vegetation on its banks. Well done. In addition many well-kept lanes along meadows and high shade rich trees. The oldest public park in Bohemia. Pleasant ambiance.
