Stumbled across this whilst visiting Prague, small but many interesting miniatures to look at. They offer a student discount so the ticket price was even more attractive!

The exhibits are of a very unique subject matter and quite impressive! Although it is not very large, the entrance price reflects this and I would recommend a visit.

Situated within the grounds of the Strahov Monastery, if you miss the little lane/tunnel from the main road and enter at the far end, you'll find it at the far left hand corner of the monastery grounds. Worth a quick visit at 130kč (€5/£4.50) or...More

You will only spend 15-20mins in here but it is really different. looking at miniature items under microscopes and magnifying glasses. The detail is incredible. Well worth a visit.

The size of it surprised me, holding about 20 exhibits of miniart. Takes about 10 minutes to go over it all, in addition to the 130kr entrance fee, plus the drag of getting there from central Prague - sums up to a pretty mediocre experience....More

If you are looking for something unusual, you should visit this museum. It won't take you too long as there are only two rooms but it is worth stopping by. The artist is a genius, capable of carving mosquito / insects' wings, needles, etc. A...More

Incredible miniature art which deserves to be presentated in a much better way. Not even a photo of the artist, just one page with text, hardly readable since it must been written in the 90' and than copied 25 times or so. Still the museum...More

streets, bridges connecting both river banks and green
gardens from red-roof tops of centuries-old houses.
Prague pulls you into its 1300 year old history.
