Your experience in Prague will never be complete if you do not see it from the top. Hillsides, stretched from the west to the north, provide spectacular views of greenish copper cupolas, narrow cobblestone streets, bridges connecting both river banks and green gardens from red-roof tops of centuries-old houses. Prague pulls you into its 1300 year old history. Walking up the hill or stairs to Prague Castle, the historical seat of Czech rulers and the majestic Saint Vitus Cathedral can leave you speechless (and out of breath). Luckily, plenty of terrace cafés overlooking gardens and beautiful parks are available to provide rest and a place to catch your breath again.

We booked a one-hour concert. So reasonably priced. The venue was superb, surrounded by the palace grounds and buildings - what a joy. Enjoyed the all pieces the trio played, especially the pianist who was breathtaking. I loved the range of music.

We saw a recital by a pianist and a viola player. Sadly we never discovered their names. They played a selection of well known music by czech and international composers in the wonderful setting of the Lobkowicz Palace. The performance lasted and hour and was well worth the visit. We had lunch in the Palace cafeteria after the concert and the meal was very good

It's not every day that you get to listen to classical music in a Palace type of setting. I felt like i was transported back in time! Truly enjoyed it!

It was a privilege to attend this concert. The choice of music was well suited for what we would call a "lunchtime concert" . The musicians were superb and the interpretation of the different pieces were well executed. Highly recommended and excellent value for money.

Lovely expirience of enjoying chamber classical concert in refined surroundings.
The program is refreshingly short and consists mostly of well-known and renowed pieces with addition of several written by Chezh composers, all arranged for piano, flute and viola.

Thoroughly enjoyable concert featuring a gifted pianist and viola musician. This one hour concert pleased our 13 yr old musician and yet was short enough for the 15 yr old who doesn't share her enthusiasm! :).

This was a wonderful way to end our sightseeing at the Palace!! Music was beautifully played! If you don't have a whole night to go to a concert in Prague- I suggest this. It is only an hour and you get to experience wonderful classical music in a palace. Cant get any better than that right?

Much of classical music was written to be played in a Palace chamber. So,for one hour today we enjoyed music in this setting and it was wonderful. I would recommend this to everyone visiting Prague. The Palace is beautiful, the cafe charming and the music makes it perfect!

Lobkowicz Palace and Museum are a must when you visit the Golden City - Prague. Located in the Prague Castle complex, and after restitution privately help by the Lobkowicz family this newly restored museum displays musical instruments, gun collections and breath taking paintings including glorious Canaletto, Brueghel the Elder, Velazquez and others. The audio guide gives you fascinating details to the pieces and takes you back in history retracing Prague´s and the Lobkowicz family history and culture through the centuries. We were stunned by the collection and only sorry that we did not have more time to spend in this lovely place.
