A true gem! This is an amazing museum and a must see. They have a real Spitfire fighter, several other historic planes, a pre-war Mercedes W154 race car, a Bugatti 51 racer, many other cool old cars, dozen of motorcycles, and amazing locomotives. And then there are several floors of other technology explorations. If you’re in Prague, you need to visit!!

A great musun near Letna Park. No matter how old you are, if you have children or what you are interested in, you can find something for you. One of the best places for those interested in technology. My favourite part was the one with cars, planes and motors. Additionally, you can see the history and evolution of clocks, phones, cameras, household, metallurgy and many more.

My husband had been following me around the Christmas markets for a few weeks so I asked him if he wanted to visit this museum. It was amazing. I think there are 5 levels of interesting things - Transport with planes hanging from the ceiling, two restored Locomotives, motorbikes dating back to the late 1800's, old cars and that's just on one level. Then you have Astronomy and time level, Engineering, mining, photography, food and metallurgy. It was one of the best museums we had ever seen and certainly occupied the morning, and probably to see it properly, you need a day.

Reasonably priced at approximately £20 for 2 adults. Lots to see. Particularly liked the cars and planes. Need about 3 hours to have a good look around. They have a cafe too. We didn’t use it but it looked ok.

Brilliant place very interesting took us 3 hours to walk round and read the information. Thankfully it was in English. The staff were ok not over helpful due to not speaking English but that's OK. Plenty of stairs to climb but there is a few lifts. Not very wheelchair friendly unfortunately due to stairs going into the building and all the stairs.

Nice collection of trains, planes and automobiles. A special display on photography was also very interesting. Taking public transit involves a little walking as the tram lets you out two blocks in back of the museum then you need to walk around the front. I was offered a senior discount which was nice. As I am over 65 I ride for free on Prague metro and trams.

Well-organized, good signage - I started at the top and by the time I had worked my way to the ground floor I was too full to take in the mining and other exhibits in the basement. But it's great for the history of boating, motorcycles, cars, and aircraft in the Czech Republic. This place is not air-conditioned.

In the main hall there are old vehicules, every vehicule has it's own sign with some information Ground floor: cars, trains 1st floor: motorcycles 2nd floor: 3th floor: byclices aeroplanes are hanging on the ceiling Besides the main hall, there are other rooms with small exhibitions but we didn't visit them. We spent a little bit more than 1 hour in this museum.

This is an excellent museum as it has such a varied collection of stuff. We spent 4 hours in there. It is NOT suitable for children as it not interactive, however, this does not stop coach loads of school kids visiting. Lots of clean toilets and the cafe is good value, just avoid the lunch hour rush. Across the road is a good viewpoint. Over 66s get in for 150Czk over 70s it is just 1Czk.
