It was sunny day in cold December. Nice walk up and arround. The are some people selling ice cream and chips and some suivoner and also some restaurant arround. Easy access by walking or bus. Too many people like everywhere in Prague.
Worth getting up early and watching the sunrise over Charles Bridge as well as avoiding the crowds. Lovely walking around the cobble back streets, having lunch at a local restaurant and watching the world go by.
Walk along the river bank and the views across to the castle are amazing. Its well worth taking the detour so you can see the view.
You cannot visit Prague without visiting the Prague castle and the cathedrale in the castle district. also the view from there is amazing giving on all prague new and old town. you have to experice changing the guards, the imperial house, the castle, the cathedrales...More
